Layer and Thickness Measurements
Optimation provides custom fixturing and machinery for lab equipment and on-line measurement of layers and coatings. These systems are non-contact and provide data that can be stored or used for real-time control at over 50Hz. Wide thickness ranges (12 microns to 12 mm) and extreme accuracy down to 100 nanometers are achievable with built-in autocalibration.
