Bill Pollock, PE
President and CEO
Mr. Pollock is founder and President / CEO of Optimation Technology, Inc. He has
Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute and is a licensed professional engineer in New York and North Carolina.
His career in automation, process control, and digital control systems spans over
thirty years. In addition to a technical career in automation at Eastman Kodak Company,
he served for four years on the faculty of the State University of New York, where
he was an Associate Professor of Engineering Technology. In 1992, Mr. Pollock was
selected by the Rochester Engineering Society to receive the Leo East Award as Engineer
of the Year. In addition to his responsibilities at Optimation he serves the community,
including the boards of organizations such as the Rochester Engineering Society,
the Rochester Business Alliance, the Control
Systems Integrators Association and the High Tech Business Council.

Kelly Burns
CFO and VP Corporate Services
Ms. Burns is CFO and Vice President of Corporate Services at Optimation Technology,
Inc. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics and Business from SUNY Potsdam
and an MBA from Clarkson University. She has been instrumental in the development
of business processes at Optimation, with responsibility for all aspects of corporate
services including accounting, human resources, accounts payable / receivable, payroll
and purchasing. Ms. Burns has primary responsibility for the company’s information
system, developing work flows and standard procedures for employee interaction with
the customized web-based database application. Responsible for all financial audits
and strategically involved in company growth, including mergers and acquisitions,
Ms. Burns has over fourteen years experience working at Optimation.

Wendy
Smith
VP Engineering and COO Klug Systems by Optimation
Ms. Smith is Vice President of Engineering and COO of
Klug Systems by Optimation, with over sixteen years experience in plant
operations and design and engineering services management. Ms. Smith
has a Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Engineering with a Business Management
minor from Alfred University in NY, including six months at the University of Sheffield
in England. She held key manufacturing and operations leadership positions for Corning
Incorporated. Ms. Smith has broad experience in a variety of manufacturing environments
including: continuous flow, batch processes, hot glass, refractory, finishing and
assembly. Ms. Smith has broad general management experience with responsibilities
for sales, gross margin, operations, manufacturing efficiencies, EH&S, facilities,
information technology, supply chain, procurement, logistics, materials, and quality.
She has extensive experience with business strategic planning as well as organizational
and personnel development.

Doug
Dobson
VP and COO Industrial Services
Mr. Dobson is Vice President and COO of Industrial Services at Optimation Technology, Inc.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester
Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Optimation, Mr. Dobson worked
in purchasing for Eastman Kodak Company. He has primary responsibility
for Optimation Industrial Services business growth, the Optimation organization
comprised of Skilled Trades, Construction Managers, Facilities Engineers and Optimation’s
Fabrication and Assembly shop.

Diane Trentini
VP Marketing and Sales
Ms. Trentini is Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Optimation Technology, Inc. Her primary responsibilities include marketing and sales development and business growth of Optimation Technology Inc. She is responsible for defining, improving and managing processes in support of sales and marketing at a corporate level, including proposal processes, marketing collateral, corporate website, project profiles, sales management processes and customer relationship management. She has twenty-five years of experience in software engineering, including design, development, testing, documentation, training, and marketing. Ms. Trentini has held positions as Product Manager and Senior Software Engineer for Harris EDA / Scientific Calculations, Inc.
